How many lines does Nooks dial at once?
Nooks dials between two and five prospects at a time and connects the rep only when a real person picks up.
What happens when Nooks reaches a voicemail?
If the rep has a pre-recorded voicemail set, Nooks leaves it. If not, it logs the call as No Answer and keeps dialing.
Can parallel dialing with Nooks create abandoned calls?
It can. When more than one person answers, anyone not connected to a rep within 2 seconds of their greeting counts as an abandoned call under federal rules for telemarketing calls.
How much does Nooks management cost?
From $100 a month. The exact price depends on users, volume and what needs setting up, and you get it in writing within 2 working days, without giving us access.
Is there a minimum term?
No. It is month to month with 30 days’ notice.
