Fast dialling is only useful if GHL hears about it
Agencies and outbound teams on GHL often add Nooks to get through lists faster. Without a connection, reps export a CSV, dial it, and the outcomes stay in Nooks. GHL keeps sending its follow-up texts to people who already said no, and the pipeline does not move.
We connect the two in both directions. Lists go from GHL into Nooks so reps always dial current contacts. Connected calls and outcomes go back to GHL as notes and tags, and a booked meeting moves the opportunity, so your GHL workflows carry on from where the call ended.
