When a call ends in Kixie, the integration captures the call payload — disposition, duration, recording URL, agent, contact details — and writes it to the CRM as a call activity. Disposition is mapped to the correct CRM stage or status, recording is attached to the contact, and a follow-up task is created if configured. The rep doesn't touch the CRM.
