Can we create custom roles in Close?
Creating and editing custom roles and permissions is only available on the Scale plan. Every plan includes four predefined roles that cannot be edited.
What role should an outside admin have in Close?
Usually Super User, which can manage most settings and customisations but not full organisation administration such as billing.
How do we stop leads going stale in Close?
By consolidating Smart Views so every active stage is covered by a view the team actually works, instead of many personal views that let leads slip between them.
