In short: We collect only what we need to reply to you and deliver our services. We do not sell your information, and you can ask us to see, correct or delete it at any time.
Who we are
Web Repay (“we”, “us”) builds and manages websites, CRMs and dialers, and connects them for businesses. We are based in New Delhi, India. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at support@web-repay.com or +91 82857 48750.
The information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill in a form, book a call or email us, we receive what you choose to send, which can include:
- Your name, work email and phone number
- Your company, website address and the tools you use, such as your CRM or dialer
- What you need help with, your timeline and any message you write
- The time you would like us to call you
Information from working with you. If you become a client, we handle information needed to deliver the work, such as contact details for your team, access to the accounts we set up or manage, and invoices and payment records. Your systems may contain your own customers’ data; we only access it to do the work you ask for.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the website secure and working. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and send you the plan or quote you asked for
- To arrange and hold the calls you book with us
- To deliver, support and invoice the services you buy from us
- To keep our website and systems secure and prevent misuse
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations
We do not use your information for automated decisions that affect you, and we will not add you to a marketing mailing list unless you ask us to.
Our legal reasons for using it
Where data protection laws such as the GDPR, the UK GDPR or India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act apply, we rely on:
- Taking steps at your request before a contract, and performing a contract with you, when you ask for a quote or become a client
- Legitimate interests in replying to business enquiries and keeping our website secure
- Consent, for optional cookies and anything else we ask your permission for. You can withdraw consent at any time
- Legal obligations, such as keeping financial records
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as far as they need it:
- Google (Google Workspace, Google Sheets and Google Apps Script), which stores the enquiries sent through our forms and our email
- Hostinger, which hosts our website
- The software providers you ask us to work with, such as your CRM, dialer or website platform, when delivering a project
- Professional advisers, such as accountants or lawyers, where needed
- Authorities, when the law requires it
International transfers
We are based in India, and some of our providers store data in other countries, including the United States. When your information moves between countries, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect it.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to work: up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted
- Client project information: for as long as we work together and up to 12 months after, unless you ask us to delete it sooner
- Invoices and financial records: as long as tax and accounting laws require
- Access to your accounts: removed or handed back when the work ends
How we protect it
We use secure, access-controlled accounts with two-step sign-in where available, share access only with the people who need it, and remove access to client systems when a project ends. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, but we work to protect yours.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy
- Correct information that is wrong or incomplete
- Delete your information
- Stop or limit how we use it, or object to how we use it
- Send your information to you or another organisation in a usable format
- Withdraw any consent you have given
To make a request, email support@web-repay.com. We will reply within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
