Without the integration, agents set dispositions in Talkdesk and then log the same information in the CRM manually. With it, the call.completed webhook fires and the CRM updates itself. Auth & technical note

Auth: OAuth 2.0 via Talkdesk Developer Console. No native Zapier triggers for call events — requires direct webhook setup.

Note: Talkdesk sends recording_url asynchronously — it arrives 30–90 seconds after call.completed in a separate event. The integration must handle both events and merge the recording URL into the already-created CRM activity.
