What is the difference between Easy and Advanced Automations in Keap?
Easy Automations are simple when-then rules — for example, when someone fills out a form, send them an email. Advanced Automations is the visual builder for full sales and marketing processes, available on Pro and Max.
Which Keap role should an outside admin have?
Usually Limited Admin. It has admin access except account setup and the ability to add admin users, which keeps those with you.
Why can some Keap users not see automations or reports?
The Staff role only sees its own contacts, tasks and deals and cannot access broadcasts, Easy or Advanced Automations, or reports.
Can we create our own roles in Keap?
Yes. If none of the built-in roles fit, a new role can be created while adding a user.
How much does Keap (Infusionsoft) management cost?
