Why is a contact not re-entering our ActiveCampaign automation?
A start trigger set to runs once admits a contact only the first time. Set to runs multiple times, a contact can re-enter each time conditions are met, up to 10 times through the same trigger in 24 hours — unless the automation itself is set to only once.
What happens if we edit a runs-once trigger in ActiveCampaign?
Contacts who already entered through that trigger will not enter again, even if they meet the updated conditions.
How do permissions work in ActiveCampaign?
Permissions belong to user groups. Each group has the lists its users can see, the features they can use and any limits, and users take the permissions of their group.
Can we stop a contact entering an automation twice from different triggers?
Yes. The only once automation setting lets a contact enter once across all of its triggers.
How much does ActiveCampaign management cost?
