Terms of Service

In short: Every project starts with a written scope and price. You own what we build for you once it is paid for. Monthly plans run month to month with 30 days’ notice.
About these terms
These terms apply when you use web-repay.com and when you buy services from Web Repay (“we”, “us”), based in New Delhi, India. By using our website or accepting a quote from us, you agree to them. If a written scope or agreement we give you says something different, the written scope or agreement applies for that project.
Our services
We design, build, host and look after websites; set up and manage CRMs and dialers; connect software tools to each other; and remove malware from websites. The exact work, timeline and price for your project are set out in the written scope or quote we send you.
Quotes, scopes and prices
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless they say otherwise.
- Prices shown on our website, such as “from”, are starting prices. Your price is the one in your written scope.
- Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before we do it.
- Prices do not include the subscription fees of third-party tools, such as your CRM, dialer, hosting you buy elsewhere, domain names or paid plugins, unless your scope says so.
- Taxes are added where they apply.
Payment
- One-time projects and setups are invoiced as set out in your scope, which may include a deposit before work starts.
- Monthly plans are billed in advance each month.
- Invoices are due within 7 days unless your scope says otherwise. If payment is late, we may pause work or services until it is paid.
Monthly plans and cancelling
Monthly website, CRM and dialer management plans run month to month. You can cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice, and we will hand over what belongs to you. We can also end a plan with 30 days’ notice. Fees already paid for a month that has started are not refunded.
What we need from you
- Timely access to the accounts, content and information we need
- Confirmation that you have the right to use any text, images, logos and data you give us
- Replies and approvals within a reasonable time, so the project can stay on schedule
- Keeping your own subscriptions to third-party tools active and paid
If delays on your side hold up a project, timelines move accordingly.
Third-party tools
Much of our work connects or runs on software made by other companies. We are not responsible for their services, outages, price changes or changes to how their products work. When such a change affects something we built, additional support is available as needed, when you request it.
Ownership
- Once you have paid in full, you own the website, content and configuration we create specifically for you.
- You keep ownership of everything you give us, such as your brand, content and data.
- We keep ownership of our own general know-how, methods and reusable tools, and give you the right to use any of them that form part of your delivered work.
- We may mention your business name in our client list unless you ask us not to.
Confidentiality and your data
We keep your business information and access details confidential and use them only to deliver your project. When we handle personal information inside your systems, we do so only on your instructions. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Website virus and malware removal
We clean infected websites and take reasonable steps to close the way the attack got in. Because new attacks appear all the time, we cannot guarantee a site will never be attacked again. Warning labels shown by Google, browsers or hosts are removed by those companies after review, on their own timelines.
Results
We work hard to deliver websites and systems that help you win customers, but we cannot guarantee specific results, such as search rankings, numbers of enquiries or sales.
Liability
We are responsible for delivering our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service concerned in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Using our website
- The content of this website belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not copy it for commercial use without our permission.
- Do not misuse the website, for example by trying to break its security or sending spam through our forms.
- Information on the website is general and may change. Your written scope is what applies to your project.
- Links to other websites are for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you accept a quote applies to that project.
