Conversations, not dials
Parallel dialing creates far more attempts than conversations. Only calls where someone actually spoke are sent, so the library is not filled with greetings and silence.
Integration · Nooks to Gong
Your SDRs call in Nooks and your managers coach in Gong. We connect them so real conversations from Nooks land in Gong with the recording and the right rep, while unanswered dials and voicemails stay out. It is a one-time setup by our team, not a monthly middleware subscription.

Nooks dials between two and five prospects at once and brings the rep in only when a person answers. An SDR might have twelve real conversations in an afternoon and touch several hundred numbers to get them. Those twelve are the whole job: the opener, the objection, the moment somebody agreed to a meeting.
Gong is where that gets coached, and it can only coach what it can hear. The trouble is that a parallel dialer is the easiest way in the world to ruin a conversation library. Push everything it touches into Gong and you get voicemail greetings, phone trees and three-second hang-ups filed as calls, tracker hit rates that mean nothing, and managers who stop opening it. The decision that makes this integration good or useless is where you draw the line.
So we draw it explicitly, in the scope, before anything is connected: a minimum talk length and a list of outcomes that count. Everything that clears it goes to Gong with the rep, the prospect and the outcome attached. Everything else stays in Nooks, where it belongs.

Sample values are made up. Which calls count as conversations is agreed with you in your scope.
We are not a middleware. We plan the connection, set it up, test it on your calls and hand it over.
Where a small connector layer is the most reliable route, we say so in your written scope, set it up in your own account and choose the option with the lowest running cost.

We agree the rule in writing — a minimum talk length and which outcomes qualify — and test it against a real call block before go-live, because a rule that looks sensible on paper often is not.
Cold-call language is not demo language, so keyword trackers built for later-stage calls miss most of it. Where it is in scope, we check tracker hits against real Nooks connects and suggest smart trackers for the concepts being missed.
Each Nooks user is matched to a Gong team member so coaching counts towards the right person, and each prospect is matched to the contact your CRM already shares with Gong so cold calls join the right account.
Which reps are included, what minimum talk length and which outcomes make a call a conversation, and how users map between the two. You get a written scope with a fixed one-time price.
Admin access to Nooks and a Gong permission profile covering the work. Nothing for your reps to install.
We run a real call block, answer and reject calls ourselves, and check exactly what reached Gong and what did not — then adjust the line if it is in the wrong place.

No, and you would not want it to. Only connected conversations are sent, based on a minimum talk length and a list of qualifying outcomes that we agree with you and test on a real call block.
Yes. The outcome travels with the call, so managers can filter Gong for booked meetings and coach from the calls that produced them.
They will run on them. Keyword trackers only catch the exact wording they are given, so cold-call language usually needs a smart tracker for the concept rather than a longer list of phrases.
No. You pay once for the setup. Unlike Zapier, Make and similar middleware subscriptions, there is no monthly or per-task charge from us, which matters at SDR call volumes.
