What is the difference between keyword trackers and smart trackers in Gong?
Keyword trackers look for specific words or phrases. Smart trackers are AI models trained to find a concept however it is phrased — for example, discount requests said as “can we get a better price?”.
Why do our Gong trackers miss conversations?
Keyword trackers only catch the exact wording they are given, so they miss things buyers say differently. A smart tracker for that concept, checked against sample calls, usually closes the gap.
How do permissions work in Gong?
Access is controlled by permission profiles, which can be assigned to individual team members or to a whole team.
