Roles decide the list
A rep’s role sets which records they can see. We build each dial list from that, so nobody calls a lead they cannot open afterwards.
Integration · Nooks to Zoho CRM
Nooks dials two to five prospects at once and brings the rep in on a live answer. Zoho decides who is allowed to see which records. We connect them so each rep’s dial list respects that, and every outcome lands back on the lead. It is a one-time setup by our team, not a monthly middleware subscription.
Nooks
Zoho CRM
One call ends in Nooks. In Zoho CRM:
Zoho splits permissions in two. A profile decides what a user can do — create, edit, delete, which modules — and a role decides which records they can see, usually their own and those of people below them. That is how territories, regions and junior teams are kept apart, and it works well until something outside Zoho starts handing out phone numbers.
A parallel dialer is exactly that. Nooks has lists and reps; it has no idea that this rep only sees the west region. Build the connection carelessly and a rep spends the morning calling leads that belong to someone else, then cannot open the record to log what was said — or worse, the integration writes with a service account that can see everything, and the rep’s own restrictions become decorative. We build the list from what each rep is actually entitled to, so the dialer and the CRM agree.

Looked up in the outcome-to-stage list we agree with you
Sample values are made up. The exact fields are agreed with you in your scope.
We are not a middleware. We plan the connection, set it up, test it on your calls and hand it over.
Where a small connector layer is the most reliable route, we say so in your written scope, set it up in your own account and choose the option with the lowest running cost.
A rep’s role sets which records they can see. We build each dial list from that, so nobody calls a lead they cannot open afterwards.
The integration user needs a profile that permits the fields and modules involved, or writes fail quietly. We check that before go-live rather than after.
When a rep has no recorded voicemail, Nooks logs the call as No Answer and moves on. We check every rep has one, so a skipped voicemail becomes a message left.
The same person exists as a lead before conversion and a contact after it. We match in that order, so a call after conversion lands on the contact and its deal.
Which views feed the dialer, how reps and roles map, and what each disposition changes in Zoho. You get a written scope with a fixed one-time price.
Admin access to Nooks, and a Zoho user whose profile and role cover the modules and records in scope.
We push lists for reps with different roles, take and miss the calls ourselves, and check that each rep got only their own records and every write landed.

Yes. The view becomes the dial list for the rep who owns it, scoped to the records their Zoho role allows them to see.
Not if the connection is built properly. That is the main thing this setup gets right: the list is generated from each rep’s own visibility rather than from the whole database.
If the rep has a recorded voicemail set, Nooks leaves it and we log it as a message left. If not, Nooks logs No Answer, which is why we check every rep has one.
No. You pay once for the setup. Unlike Zapier, Make and similar middleware subscriptions, there is no monthly or per-task charge from us. Your Zoho and Nooks plans are unchanged.
