How does voicemail drop work in PhoneBurner?
When a rep reaches voicemail they click a button and PhoneBurner leaves a pre-recorded message while dialing the next contact. Unlimited recorded voicemails can be saved and assigned to different buttons.
Does PhoneBurner offer ringless voicemail?
No. PhoneBurner’s 1-click voicemail needs a live rep to dial, reach the greeting and click to leave the message.
Can a PhoneBurner supervisor see every rep?
No. Once assigned to a group, a Supervisor only sees and supports the reps in that group, with exactly the permissions the admin grants.
Does adding another admin cost extra in PhoneBurner?
PhoneBurner charges a $250 administration fee for each additional admin (sub-admin) set up on a team account.
How much does PhoneBurner management cost?
From $100 a month. The exact price depends on users, volume and what needs setting up, and you get it in writing within 2 working days, without giving us access.
Is there a minimum term?
No. It is month to month with 30 days’ notice.
