Auth: Webhook-based. CallTools posts call data to a configured endpoint on call completion.

Note: CallTools webhook field names differ from standard dialer conventions. The field that contains the recording URL, for example, uses a non-obvious key name. Field mapping must be verified against a live webhook payload during setup.
