One number per client, not one for all
A shared texting number leaks one client’s arrangement to another’s prospects. We map a number to each sub-account and route replies by thread.
Integration · JustCall to GoHighLevel
JustCall is as much a texting tool as a dialer, and texting is where multi-client setups go wrong. We connect it to GoHighLevel so every call and message lands in the right sub-account, sent from a number that belongs to that client and is registered in their name. It is a one-time setup by our team, not a monthly middleware subscription.

One call ends in JustCall. In GoHighLevel:
Got it, thank you.

Calls are relatively forgiving. Somebody answers, somebody speaks, and as long as the note reaches the right contact nobody is confused. Texting is not forgiving at all. A message arrives with a name on it, and if an agency sends every client’s follow-ups from one shared JustCall number, the prospect sees a number they do not recognise, replies to a thread that belongs to a different client, and the whole arrangement becomes visible in a way nobody intended.
GoHighLevel already has the right model — a sub-account per client, with its own A2P 10DLC brand and campaign registration for US numbers. The work is making JustCall match it: a number per client, the registration checked on both sides, and every inbound reply routed back to the sub-account that owns that thread. Get that right and the calls take care of themselves.
A typical setup. We adjust each line to how your team uses JustCall and GoHighLevel.

Sample values are made up. The exact fields are agreed with you in your scope.
We are not a middleware. We plan the connection, set it up, test it on your calls and hand it over.
Where a small connector layer is the most reliable route, we say so in your written scope, set it up in your own account and choose the option with the lowest running cost.

Texting US numbers needs A2P 10DLC brand and campaign registration, and it has to be right for the number actually sending. We check it per client rather than assuming the agency’s registration covers everyone.
JustCall’s Power Dialer calls one at a time, the Dynamic Dialer shares calls across agents, and the Predictive Dialer on SalesPro dials several at once. We set the logging rules per mode so a shared call is credited to whoever spoke.
Pushing a snapshot into a linked sub-account overwrites the assets in it. We list the workflows this integration depends on so a later push does not revert them.
Which numbers belong to which sub-accounts, which dialer modes are used, and which outcomes start a workflow. You get a written scope with a fixed one-time price.
An Admin or custom role in JustCall limited to the campaigns and numbers in scope, and agency-level access in GoHighLevel.
We call and text from two clients’ numbers, reply to both threads, and check that every message and call landed in the right sub-account and nowhere else.

Yes, with a number per client rather than a shared one. Each sub-account gets its own number and its own A2P 10DLC registration, and replies route back to the thread that owns them.
Yes. Messages sent and received are saved on the matching contact in that client’s sub-account.
Yes, with its own rules. Predictive is on the SalesPro plan and dials several contacts at once, so we agree separately which dispositions may move an opportunity.
No. You pay once for the setup. Unlike Zapier, Make and similar middleware subscriptions, there is no monthly or per-task charge from us. Your GoHighLevel and JustCall plans are unchanged.
