CloudTalk and GoHighLevel integration

CloudTalk gives a small team a proper phone system, and GoHighLevel keeps each client separate. We connect them so calls and outcomes reach the right sub-account, and the people who coach the callers can do it without being handed the keys to every client. It is a one-time setup by our team, not a monthly middleware subscription.

A dialer for a team that is not a call centre

Most GoHighLevel dialer setups assume a floor of agents. CloudTalk suits the other case: a handful of people who need a real phone system rather than a call centre. Its Power Dialer takes one number at a time per agent and advances the queue automatically, and the Smart Dialer builds a queue from numbers you click on as you work — which is how someone actually behaves when they are half-prospecting and half-following up.

The GoHighLevel side is unchanged: every client lives in a sub-account and nothing may cross between them. What CloudTalk adds is a useful set of roles — Admin, Supervisor, Agent and Analyst, with supervisors able to join a live call and analysts limited to the numbers. That maps neatly onto an agency, where the person coaching the callers and the person reporting to the client are rarely the same, and neither of them should need full access to everything.

  • Agencies with a few callers, not a floorA proper dialer without contact centre overhead.
  • Teams coaching new settersSupervisors join live calls; the call still lands in the right account.
  • Follow-up heavy workSmart Dialer queues build as someone works a list of contacts.

A one-time setup, not a monthly middleware bill

We are not a middleware. We plan the connection, set it up, test it on your calls and hand it over.

Where CloudTalk and GoHighLevel setups usually go wrong

The number decides the client

We map each CloudTalk number to exactly one sub-account, so an inbound caller is looked up in that client’s account and a call can never surface in another’s.

One number at a time

The Power Dialer calls one number per agent and advances automatically. It is deliberate rather than fast, so the list you feed it should be a working list, not a raw import.

Coaching without full access

Supervisors can monitor and join live calls with read-only access to groups and users, and analysts see only the statistics. We use those roles rather than making everyone an admin.

Texting needs registration first

If the follow-up workflow texts a US number, that sub-account needs A2P 10DLC brand and campaign registration. We check before building a flow that would fail silently.

How we set it up

  1. 1

    Agree what connects

Which numbers and campaigns map to which sub-accounts, who supervises, and which outcomes start a workflow. You get a written scope with a fixed one-time price.

  2. 2

    Access for the setup

CloudTalk admin access and agency-level access in GoHighLevel. Nothing for your team to install.

  3. 3

    We connect and test

We dial from two sub-accounts, call in on each number, and check every contact, opportunity, task and workflow landed in the right client’s account.

  4. 4

    Handover

A short document of what is connected, including the number-to-sub-account map. It runs in your own accounts, with no monthly fee from us.

Questions about CloudTalk and GoHighLevel

Can one CloudTalk account serve several GoHighLevel sub-accounts?

Yes. Each number and campaign is mapped to one sub-account, so calls and contacts land in the right client’s account and nowhere else.

Can a supervisor listen in without full admin access?

Yes. CloudTalk’s Supervisor role covers campaigns and live call monitoring with read-only access to groups and users, which is usually the right level for coaching.

Does the Power Dialer call several numbers at once?

No. It calls one number at a time per agent and advances the queue automatically, which suits a small team rather than a parallel-dialing floor.

Is there a monthly fee?

No. You pay once for the setup. Unlike Zapier, Make and similar middleware subscriptions, there is no monthly or per-task charge from us. Your GoHighLevel and CloudTalk plans are unchanged.

Rather talk it through?
