How do we stop a Bland AI agent interrupting callers?
Raise the interruption threshold. It sets how long the agent waits for the caller to finish: lower values respond faster, higher values wait longer.
Can the interruption threshold change during a Bland call?
Yes. It can be updated from a pathway node onwards, so it can be more patient at points where callers give long answers.
How much does Bland AI management cost?
