Matching a call to a meeting
A call and a meeting days apart are only one thread if something joins them. We match on the attendee and the booking, and leave anything ambiguous unlinked rather than guessing.
Integration · Aircall to Fireflies.ai
Fireflies organises meetings into channels by team, and your setters are judged on meetings they never attend. We connect Aircall to Fireflies so the booking call and the meeting it produced sit in the same place, and a manager can coach both halves of the job. It is a one-time setup by our team, not a monthly middleware subscription.

The person who books the meeting and the person who takes it are usually different people, and only one of those conversations gets recorded properly. Fireflies handles the meeting: topic trackers counting the keywords that came up, soundbites clipped from the good moments, channels keeping each team’s recordings together. The Aircall call that produced the booking sits in a phone system, findable only if you know when it happened and who made it.
Connecting the two puts the whole sequence in one place. The booking call is linked to the meeting it created, both live in the channel for that team, and a manager reviewing this week can hear how a meeting was set and how it went. That is also the only fair way to judge a setter: not on the number of bookings, but on whether the meetings they set were worth taking.

It is built for scheduled calls, not for a phone queue. We are explicit that it covers the meeting, and that the Aircall recording is what gets linked to it.
A recorded phone call and a recorded video meeting are different disclosures. Both are yours and your counsel’s to set; we build so each system follows its own rule.

Fireflies is built for scheduled meetings rather than phone queues. This connection links the Aircall recording to the meeting it produced, so both are reachable from the same channel.
Whichever you choose — the setter’s team or the closer’s. It is agreed at scoping, because recordings landing in the wrong channel is the quickest way for people to stop using them.
Yes. A meeting that does not take place is flagged back against the booking call, which is what makes setter numbers mean something.
No. You pay once for the setup. Unlike Zapier, Make and similar middleware subscriptions, there is no monthly or per-task charge from us. Your Aircall and Fireflies plans are unchanged.
