Matching a call to a meeting
A call and a meeting a week apart are only the same thread if something joins them. We match on the contact and the booking, and leave anything ambiguous unlinked rather than guessing.
Integration · Five9 to Fireflies.ai
Fireflies records the meeting. Five9 handled the call that produced it. We connect the two so a rep walking into a meeting can hear how it was booked, and the meeting notes reach whoever owns the follow-up. It is a one-time setup by our team, not a monthly middleware subscription.

The two halves of a booked meeting almost never meet. The qualifying conversation happens on Five9, routed through an IVR to a skill group, dispositioned and filed in the contact centre. The meeting happens on a video call a week later, with Fireflies taking the notes, building topic trackers and clipping soundbites. The rep taking the meeting has the calendar invite and a one-line reason, and no idea what the prospect actually said when they agreed to it.
Connecting them fixes the handover in both directions. The Five9 call is available where the meeting lives, so the rep can listen to two minutes of it beforehand. The Fireflies summary and next steps go back to the record and to the person who owns the follow-up, so the contact centre can see which of its bookings turned into something — which is the only honest way to judge whether the qualifying script is working.

We are not a middleware. We plan the connection, set it up, test it on your calls and hand it over.
Where a small connector layer is the most reliable route, we say so in your written scope, set it up in your own account and choose the option with the lowest running cost.

It is built for scheduled calls, not for contact centre queues. We are explicit about which conversations it covers, rather than implying every Five9 call will be transcribed.
A recorded contact centre call and a recorded video meeting are different disclosures. Both stay yours and your counsel’s to set; we build so each system follows its own rule.
Five9 skill membership shifts as agents move teams, so we tie the connection to the campaign and disposition rather than to who is in a group this month.
Which dispositions count as a booking, who owns the follow-up, and where the summary should land. You get a written scope with a fixed one-time price.

We book a test meeting from a call, run the meeting ourselves, and check the link, the summary, the tasks and the case where the meeting never happens.

Fireflies is a meeting recorder, built for scheduled calls rather than contact centre queues. What this connection does is link the Five9 call to the meeting it produced, so both are reachable from one place.
Whoever owns the follow-up. The summary and action items are written back to the record and sent to that person, rather than sitting in a meeting tool nobody opens.
Yes. A meeting that does not take place is flagged back against the original call and disposition, which is what makes booking numbers meaningful.
No. You pay once for the setup. Unlike Zapier, Make and similar middleware subscriptions, there is no monthly or per-task charge from us. Your Five9 and Fireflies plans are unchanged.
