Zoom Phone and Bitrix24 integration

Your company phone runs on Zoom Phone, with queues, auto receptionists and business hours already set up the way you want them. Bitrix24 is where the leads and deals live. We connect the two so every call lands on the right record with its recording, and the automation rules you already have do the rest. It is a one-time setup by our team, not a monthly middleware subscription.

Why Bitrix24 companies keep Zoom Phone

Bitrix24 has telephony of its own, and plenty of small teams use it. Companies already standardised on Zoom rarely do. The phone system is set up around call queues and auto receptionists, with separate routing for business hours, closed hours and holidays, and the whole company is trained on the Zoom app. Moving that into a CRM to get calls logged is not a trade anyone wants to make.

So the phone stays on Zoom Phone and Bitrix24 stops seeing the calls. Deals sit with no record of the three conversations that moved them, inbound callers are handled by whoever picked up rather than the lead owner, and the automation rules — which are the reason Bitrix24 earns its place — never fire, because nothing tells them a call happened. Connecting the two puts the call back on the record and lets the rules run.

  • Companies on Zoom alreadyMeetings and phone stay in one place; the CRM still gets every call.
  • Teams with an inbound queueA caller who is an existing lead is logged against that lead, not a new one.
  • Pipelines driven by automation rulesA call outcome is what moves the stage, instead of someone remembering to.

Where Zoom Phone and Bitrix24 setups usually go wrong

Leads, contacts and deals

Bitrix24 keeps the same person as a lead before conversion and as a contact after it, often with a deal attached. We match in that order so a call lands on the live record rather than creating a second one.

Queue calls need an owner

A call answered from a queue has no obvious owner. We agree the rule — the person who answered, or the lead owner — so activities do not pile up unassigned.

Holiday and closed hours

Zoom Phone routes business, closed and holiday hours differently. Calls that arrive outside business hours are logged as such and the follow-up task is dated to the next working day, not to a Sunday.

Access without full admin

Zoom Phone privileges can be granted through role management without full Zoom account admin, and most Bitrix24 CRM work needs a CRM role rather than Administrator. We ask for the narrower level in both.

How we set it up

  1. 1

    Agree what connects

Which numbers and queues are in scope, how users map between the two, and which outcomes change a stage. You get a written scope with a fixed one-time price.

  2. 2

    Access for the setup

Zoom Phone privileges through role management, and a Bitrix24 CRM role — full admin only if the scope needs it. Nothing for your team to install.

  3. 3

    We connect and test

We call in through the queue, call out, and miss calls inside and outside business hours, then check every lead, deal, activity, task and automation rule.

Questions about Zoom Phone and Bitrix24

Can Zoom Phone calls be logged in Bitrix24?

Yes. Inbound and outbound calls are logged as activities on the matching lead, contact or deal, with the Zoom Phone user, the duration and a link to the recording.

Bitrix24 has its own telephony. Why connect Zoom Phone?

Because the phone system usually predates the CRM decision. Queues, auto receptionists and business-hours routing already work on Zoom Phone, and the company is trained on it.

Will a call trigger our Bitrix24 automation rules?

Yes. The outcome writes to the stage or field you choose, and your existing rules and triggers run from there.

Is there a monthly fee?

No. You pay once for the setup. Unlike Zapier, Make and similar middleware subscriptions, there is no monthly or per-task charge from us. Your Bitrix24 and Zoom Phone plans are unchanged.

Rather talk it through?
