Integration · RingCentral to Pipedrive

RingCentral and Pipedrive integration

RingCentral has an app for Pipedrive, and installing it takes minutes. Getting it to log every call on the right person and deal, for every user, without duplicates, is the part that usually goes wrong. We set it up properly, fill the gaps it leaves, and test it on real calls. One-time setup, no monthly fee from us.

Installed is not the same as working

Most teams that search for this already have the RingCentral app in Pipedrive. Then they notice that some calls never appear, that calls land on the person but not the deal, or that a rep who made forty calls has an empty activity list. The usual causes are dull: each user has to connect their own account, numbers are stored in different formats, and calls made from a desk phone behave differently from calls clicked in the browser.

Call logging in Pipedrive is only useful if it is complete. A manager looking at a deal needs to trust that "no calls" means no calls. So we start by finding out which calls are missing today and why, then make every user, number and device log the same way.

  • Sales teams on RingCentral desk phonesCalls from the handset are logged too, not only the ones clicked in Pipedrive.
  • Managers reviewing dealsEvery call on the deal timeline, with the outcome and a recording link.
  • Teams with shared or ring-group numbersInbound calls land on the person who answered, not a shared mailbox.

A one-time setup, not a monthly middleware bill

We are not a middleware. We plan the connection, set it up, test it on your calls and hand it over.

Where RingCentral and Pipedrive setups usually go wrong

Every user, not just the admin

Each rep connects their own RingCentral login. We check every user is connected and logging, or calls simply go missing for that person.

One person, several deals

When a person has more than one open deal, a call can land on the wrong one. We agree a rule (newest deal, or the deal owner’s deal) and apply it.

Numbers stored two ways

+1 (555) 014-2290 and 5550142290 are the same number but not the same text. We clean the formats so returning callers match instead of becoming duplicates.

Desk phones and mobile app

Calls from the physical phone or the mobile app can log differently from browser calls. We test each device your team actually uses.

How we set it up

  1. 1

    Find what is missing

We compare a week of RingCentral call history with what is in Pipedrive, so we know exactly which calls are not being logged and why.

  2. 2

    Agree the rules

Which deal a call belongs to, what a missed call should create, and who owns follow-up. You get a written scope with a fixed one-time price.

  3. 3

    Connect and test

We set up the app for every user, add what it does not cover, and test real calls from each device.

  4. 4

    Handover

A one-page note of how it works and what to do when someone new joins.

Questions about RingCentral and Pipedrive

RingCentral already has a Pipedrive app. Why would we need you?

The app is the starting point, and we use it. What we add is making it complete: every user connected, calls landing on the right deal, numbers matching, and gaps such as missed-call follow-up filled. Most teams come to us because calls are going missing.

Will calls from desk phones be logged?

That is one of the things we test. Depending on your RingCentral setup, handset calls can behave differently from browser calls. We check each device your team uses and make sure they log.

Is there a monthly fee?

No. You pay once for the setup. It runs in your own RingCentral and Pipedrive accounts.

What happens when we hire someone new?

The handover note covers it: a few steps to connect their RingCentral account so their calls log like everyone else’s.

Rather talk it through?

Thirty minutes on how your team uses RingCentral and Pipedrive. You leave knowing what we would build and what it would cost.
