Yes. Each pipeline can have its own stages, so new business and renewals, or B2B and B2C, can run on different processes.
What are stage goals in Nutshell?
Stage goals are set inside pipeline stages. When a lead meets them — for example, once an anticipated close date is recorded — Nutshell can move it into the next stage automatically.
How many administrators can a Nutshell account have?
There is no limit on administrators, but every account must have at least one.
Can we limit what non-admin users can do in Nutshell?
Yes. Administrators can create roles, each with its own set of permissions, and assign them to users.
How much does Nutshell management cost?
From $100 a month. The exact price depends on users, volume and what needs setting up, and you get it in writing within 2 working days, without giving us access.
Is there a minimum term?
